All IJS Publishing Group journals expect high standards, have a high quality peer-review process and expect authors to comply with research registration, the Declaration of Helsinki, accepted ethical practice and have ethical approval (where relevant) and the relevant reporting guidelines for their particular study type.

As part of our commitment to research registration, we founded the first truly comprehensive global research registry and our commitment to reporting transparency saw the development of the SCARE, PROCESS, STROCSS and VOGUE guidelines.

We support the Think Check Submit initiative and AllTrials campaign as well as STM’s Code of Conduct and International Ethical Principles for Scholarly Publication and DOAJ’s Principles of Transparency and Best Practice:
